Alison Doody

Alison Doody has been an Irish actor and model since 11 November 1996. Her debut in a feature film was in a minor part in The James Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). Then, later she played the Nazi-sympathising archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989). Siobhan donnevan starred part of A Prayer for the Dying in 1987. Charlotte played Taffin (in 1998) as well as Rebecca Flannery played Major League II. Doody was asked by a photographer to model and began to perform the role of a model. Then she began a career of commercial modelling. Doody was very cautious about doing glamorous or sexually explicit work. The same rule continued into the acting profession. In 1985, after receiving notice from the directors of casting for a James Bond new film, Doody was cast in a minor part in Jenny Flex as in A View to a Kill. Doody was an actress in silent films in a 1987 film adaptation to The Secret Garden, playing Archibald Craven's dream wife Lilias. The storyteller's episode Sapsorrow was her first lead part. It took place in 1988 alongside John Hurt, Dawn France and Jennifer Saunders. In 1988, she starred as Pierce Brosnan on the movie Taffin. Her most recognizable part to date was that of Austrian Nazi sympathizer as well as archaeologist Dr. Elsa Schneider opposite Harrison Ford in the 1989 film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It also featured Sean Connery as Indy's father Doody is a co-star with three actors in the role of James Bond. The Clinic, a medical drama, aired on RTE. The Asphyx was her 2011 remake. Pam Jefferson was her character in the E4 comedy Beaver Falls for two seasons. The following year, she starred as Pam Jefferson on We Still Kill the Old Way. The Almeria tierra de film award was given to her on the 21st of November the 21st of November, 2018. In addition, she was awarded a star on the Almeria Walk of Fame.
